Post How do I debug command line failures
How do I diagnose a failure of the command line? This is the command line running on my build server:

localizer.exe "SR4ServerLocalization.ltp" -lang:all -brand:all -terminology -scan -create -save:LocalResult.ltp

I have code which executes this command line. The command line returns immediately, while process viewer shows that a second instance is now running. So my code waits for this second instance to complete, looking for LocalResult.ltp to indicate when the second instance is done.

But sometimes LocalResult.ltp never appears. My code waits 10 minutes, which should be sufficient time.

The command line makes no logs and writes nothing to the output of my build process, so I can't tell what's failing. Please help.
